Ingredients:
200 grams paneer, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon ghee or oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 tomatoes, pureed
1/4 cup cashew nuts, soaked in warm water
1/4 cup cream
1 tablespoon Shahi Paneer Masala (e.g., Pratham Spices Shahi Paneer Masala)
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
1. Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
